All Certificate IV and Diploma qualifications are nationally recognised (non-accredited programs are not).

Provider fees vary according to the quality and calibre of the materials, the qualified facilitator/assessor involved, the resources supplied, the rigour behind the assessment and the depth of knowledge and skill covered.

Which delivery mode is better?

Some candidates are better suited to traditional face-to-face delivery, while others prefer distance or online formats. Candidates need to identify which delivery mode best suits their learning style and lifestyle.

What is the difference between an accredited qualification and a non-accredited program?

All successful completion of accredited qualifications result in the awarding of that qualification. Should candidates only successfully complete individual units of competency, a Statement of Attainment will be issued for each unit. Non-accredited programs don’t lead to a qualification.

What if I do not pass the assessment?

Assessment results are marked ‘competent’ (C) or ‘Not yet competent’ (NYC). All NYC candidates will be contacted with what additional assessment is required.
